WaterCare Marine Inc. is a federally incorporated company that has been in operation since 1996.

WCM Technologies. has three (3) significant divisions:

Marine Services Division - This division undertakes minor to major repairs in all aspects of boat servicing via WaterCare Marine Inc.. WaterCare Marine Inc. has established an excellent reputation in the boat services industry in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec that comes from being reliable and consistent.

The key advantage WaterCare Marine Inc. has over the marine service operations in the region is the flexibility provided to our clients in servicing their requirements at their sites as well as the WaterCare Marine Inc. site. This is possible because WaterCare Marine Inc. operates as a General Contractor to provide the full range of services required.

Client Services Division - This division undertakes integrated logistics for equipment support. WCM Technologies. has established a solid reputation in this area that enabled the expansion from marine to broad base equipment support for both the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Coast Guard. WCM Technologies. is based in Eastern Ottawa, provides services in the area covered by the city of Ottawa, the Ottawa River and the Rideau Canal. Additionally, this division provides Application Support in Instruction and Help Desk Services.

The key advantage WCM Technologies. has in Client Services is the support to primiarily equipment integrated logistic support using the client information bank and personnel intimately with both the application and the equipment supportted. The knowledge threshold is particularly unique to WCM Technologies.

Information Technology Division - This division undertakes direct technicial software development and support for equipment support applications. WCM Technologies. has established a solid reputation in this area having rolled out five significant applications. This has enabled the expansion from marine to broad base equipment support for both the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Coast Guard.
